Euphrate

Duration : 1h10
Ages 12 and up

Daughter of a Turkish father and a Norman mother, Euphrate is a high school senior struggling with the education system. On top of her mediocre grades, she is soon expected to choose a career path — a real headache. This leads her to wonder how her dual heritage has shaped her identity. In a witty and humorous dialogue with her father, she embarks on a journey through her Turkish roots and childhood memories. Blending dance and spoken word, the show tells — with the freedom of a joyful body — the story of a young woman finding and affirming her own voice.
